- Strength & Conditioning Programs set to complement existing training programs.
- Assignments in fitness, nutrition and injury management.
- Not required if class time is used effectively.
- Training Diary must be kept up-to-date.
- Students training off-campus must communicate effectively with the teacher at all times.
